The plant is fully equipped with upto date facilities required for manufacturing products of consistent quality and stocks available at godown.
R & D Facilities:
An upto date R&D facilities to test all essential properties such as chemical analysis, A.P, C.C.S, B.D specific gravity, PLC at 1500°C % 1700°C, Spalling Resistance, RTE, PLC, RUL, and HMOR are available.
All types of refractories required for Cement plant is manufactured by us according to standard size or no per the party requirements.
For Rotary Kiln, chiller, Hot Zone, Cool Zone, Pre Heater, etc for the present Cement Industry.
Coating:
Required corning will be provided on the surface of the Refractory Lining for the Rota, Kiln for its longer life of Refractories. -
